This is one of those families...that rare and precious jewel that you treasure always and it shines so brightly that you can't help but notice or want to be around it (them) all the time! Meet the Davis'. They are in our ward and I am so blessed to have met them! They just said goodbye to their 2nd oldest son Taylor this morning for two years to the MTC in Mexico and then on to the San Diego Mission. Thank you Davis family for being such wonderful examples to all who come in contact with you! Also, Jen...for showing me the elegance and trusting love you have in our Savior to let go of your dear one for a short time so that he can serve others and bring them back to God. I hope I can be as gracious as you in letting my sons go...

This young man...Elder Davis is one of a kind. He has battled cancer (wearing his triumphant war wound on his neck proudly)...and now being cancer free, is embarking on the Lord's errand. We salute you Elder Davis...pray for you...will miss you...and look forward to the day we meet again!
